The Youth Formation Team networks, encourages, and equips youth leaders and youth across the conference. This team focus their time on the youth leaders surrounding their neighborhoods and collaborate to further connect and equip youth and youth leaders across the conference.

Monthly Youth Pastor/Leader gatherings: We value the opportunity to meet together to collaborate in ministry, support and pray for one another, and plan youth events. Anyone who works with youth is welcome to join our monthly Youth Pastor/Leader gatherings. We meet with a hybrid of in-person and online at various locations and churches in Lansdale areas. Each tv episode discussion includes scripture references that will guide the conversation. As a team we find these episodes create a backdrop from which to have a faith discussion on these relevant topics.
