MCC Material Resource Center (MRC) – Facilities Coordinator
Our Facilities Coordinator is retiring after over 14 years of service. MRC is in search of a person that is currently a member of a Mennonite or Brethren in Christ church community and/or is a person of Christian Faith and Discipleship that fits within the By Laws and the Mission of the MCC/MRC organizations to fill the role.
Location: MCC/Material Resource Center of Harleysville (MRC), 737 Hagey Center Dr., Unit C. Souderton, PA 18964
Responsibilities: The MRC Facilities Coordinator is fully responsible for all areas of the business and requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to serve as the leader and director of the volunteer base, strong marketing talent (preferred), assistance to the Warehouse Manager, Bookkeeper, and Gift Shop Coordinator as needed and required, and coordination and communication with all local churches, outside agencies, and MCC affiliates. This person will provide reports to and communicate with the Board of Directors and Board Chair as required, which would include overseeing the budget and yearly reviews, event planning, and increasing awareness of MRC’s mission and goals. Compensation: Hours are currently 30-35 hours per week. Start date for this position is March 1, 2024. Pay is commensurate with skill set, along with hourly or salary pay structure. MRC is an equal opportunity employer, values diversity, and invites all qualified candidates to apply.
