Exhibitor Hall reservation – Conference Assembly 2023

INFO: Exhibitors should arrive at Souderton Mennonite Church (map) on Saturday, November 4 between 8:00 and 8:45 am. If you need to unload supplies, feel free to pull up to the front door (under the portico), but then promptly move your car to a parking space in the main church lot, or directly across from the church on W. Chestnut St. after unloading.  

Attendees begin arriving at 9:00. The exhibitors’ hall is open at various times between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, and is considered closed during worship and business sessions.

Exhibitors’ hall closes and should be cleaned up at 2:00 pm.

Monday, June 13, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm; come and go as you are able.

All credentialed leaders in Mosaic Conference are invited to come enjoy open space for prayer, solitude, rest, meals, and conversation, provided by Mosaic Mennonite Conference. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and the 15 acres of woods, rocks, ferns and water offer many ways to pray, including a prayer labyrinth, a guided walking path through the woods with a variety of Prayer Centers, a row boat, kayaks, paddle boards, dock, wildlife, and of course, an abundance of ferns and rocks.
