Joel Horst Nofziger will contextualize the historical conflict and Pastor Rob Presthus will respond with some implications for today.

Heeding God’s Call to End Gun Violence – Zion Mennonite
(posted March 31) Zion Mennonite invites you to participate in Heeding God’s Call to End Gun Violence. We honor lives lost by displaying named T-shirts across Zion’s property. Installation will take place Sunday, April 12 at 12:00 PM. The community walk is Sunday, April 26 at 1:00 PM, beginning at Zion and continuing to the park, where participants can sign advocacy letters to legislators. The walk concludes at Zwingli Church, where the T-shirts will be displayed.
Risen & Sent: Easter-to-Pentecost Devotional Podcast

New episodes are released three times a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—from March 23 through May 22. Each day carries a distinct focus: Monday (Formational), Wednesday (Intercultural), and Friday (Missional). The first episode airs on March 23!
Trauma Awareness Training – Peter Becker Community
(posted March 12) Join us for a free three-hour trauma awareness training for clergy and lay ministers at Peter Becker Community in Harleysville, PA, on May 12. Registration and breakfast begin at 8:00 AM, followed by the Spirit Care Seminar at 8:30 AM, led by The Rev. Dr. Aemina Razzano. Objectives: recognize common traumas, understand the neurobiology of trauma, practice trauma-informed presence, apply trauma-informed principles, and identify practices that protect both those served and the caregiver.
