Travel and Lodging Details
Travel arrangements are the responsibility of delegates or their sending congregations. (Mosaic Conference will not organize flights or transportation between hotels/airports/meetings.)
A courtesy block of rooms has been established at a discounted rate at two area hotels, one near the PHL airport and one near the venue. Travelers should consider arrival/departure times and the driving distance between the airport, hotel, and venue when selecting hotels.

- Travelers will need to arrange transportation to and from the venue (Souderton Mennonite Church) about a 15-minute drive, and the airport, about a 1-hour drive.

Grant for Delegate Travel and Lodging
The Assembly Travel Grant provides financial assistance to help offset the cost for member congregations and Conference-Related Ministries (CRMs) to send delegates to Fall Assembly.
Mosaic’s Assembly is collectively hosted by all member congregations, CRMs, board members, and staff through mutual hospitality. By sending, equipping, and encouraging its delegates, each congregation and CRM demonstrate its commitment to actively gather together.
Because the financial impact of sending delegates differs greatly across the Mosaic community, the grant provides limited, temporary support, particularly for new congregations and CRMs, or for those experiencing financial strain.
Application Process
Congregations/CRMs may apply for one grant if a funding gap remains between their organizational budget and expenses. Delegates must be officially named by the congregation/CRM prior to applying for a travel grant.

Please submit this grant application by August 15, 2026, either by email to office@mosaicmennonites.org or by mail/in person to the Mosaic Office (1000 Forty Foot Rd., Suite 100, Lansdale, PA 19446). You will receive a confirmation through email that your application has been received.
July 1: Travel Grant application available, if delegate has been officially named by congregation/CRM.
