Out-of-town Delegates who are ready to book flights and reserve lodging are encouraged to do so now.
A block of rooms is available for Mosaic delegates at Courtyard by Marriot in Lansdale. Delegates can reserve and pay for a room at Mosaic Delegate Assembly Room Block.
Please do not book your hotel through TravelPerk. Please use the link to book your hotel stay.
All travelers are encouraged to use TravelPerk to book flights. Please contact Jaye Lindo to set up an account.
Using TravelPerk has many benefits including competitive pricing and cancellations up to 24 hours before travel. When delegates use TravelPerk, Mosaic is able to assist with shuttles to/from the hotel and venue.
Once Jaye Lindo receives a delegate’s email address, she will email them a link and instructions to set up a TravelPerk account, reserve, and purchase flights. If the delegate has a travel companion, they can request a link to set up their own TravelPerk account as well through Jaye Lindo.
For this year, please do not book your hotel through TravelPerk.
Car rentals are available at PHL airport. Mosaic will offer a shuttle service from the airport to the Courtyard Marriot in Lansdale at set times during the weekend for those who book flights through TravelPerk . A shuttle will also be available to/from assembly venues and the Courtyard by Marriot in Lansdale.
While congregations are encouraged to cover the cost of sending their delegates to the best of their ability, financial assistance is available. Below is the process to request financial assistance:
- Congregations contact both their Lead Minister and Jaye Lindo (jlindo@mosaicmennonites.org) requesting the amount of financial assistance that they need. Our current practices are as follows:
- Reimbursement up to $600 (Florida) or up to $1,000 (California) towards economy airfare per congregation using TravelPerk, not including baggage fees or upgrades.
- Lodging up to 2 rooms for 2 nights per congregation using the block of rooms at Courtyard by Marriott in Lansdale. Delegates will need to put their own credit card on file to cover incidentals.
- Note: If your congregation does not require the full offered reimbursement amount, please let us know the lesser amount that you need in your email to Jaye and your Leadership Minister.
- Congregations will receive a response from Jaye Lindo with directions on how to book through TravelPerk (flights).
- Any reimbursement will be mailed and made payable to the congregation.
- A block of rooms is available for Mosaic delegates at Courtyard by Marriott in Lansdale. Delegates can reserve your room here.
Note: Congregations who receive financial assistance must utilize TravelPerk (for flights) and the block of rooms at Courtyard by Marriott in Lansdale. If you need airline shuttle service to and from the hotel or directly to the Delegate Assembly, you also must book through TravelPerk.
All financial assistance requests need to be emailed to Jaye by November 14th.
