Assembly Travel Grant for Delegate Travel and Lodging
The Assembly Travel Grant provides financial assistance to help offset the cost for member congregations and Conference-Related Ministries (CRMs) to send delegates to Fall Assembly.
Mosaic’s annual Assembly is collectively hosted by all member congregations, CRMs, board members, and staff through mutual hospitality. Each congregation and CRM demonstrates its commitment to actively gathering together by sending, equipping, and encouraging its delegates.
Although all member congregations and CRMs gather for Assembly, the financial impact of sending delegates differs greatly across the Mosaic community. The grant provides limited, temporary support, particularly for new congregations and CRMs, or for those experiencing financial strain.
Application Process
Congregations/CRMs budget for delegate travel and may apply for one grant if a funding gap remains. Application form will be available on the Assembly webpage and submitted to the Assembly Team.

Travel and Lodging Details
Travel arrangements are the responsibility of delegates or their sending congregations.
Travelers are welcome to book flights, rental cars, and lodging wherever is preferred.
A courtesy block of rooms has been established at a discounted rate at two hotels for those who are interested, one near the PHL airport and one near the venue. We encourage travelers to consider arrival/departure times and the driving distance between the airport, hotel, and venue when selecting which hotel(s) to stay in.

- Travelers will need to arrange transportation to and from the venue (Souderton Mennonite Church) about a 15-minute drive, and the airport, about a 1-hour drive.
