Waiting on That New Thing
… in times of transition, we need to lay aside our anxieties and simply celebrate what God has already done and put more of an effort into anticipating what God is about to do.

Meeting Neighbors Near and Far
God used this trip to teach me that I don’t need to travel far to meet my neighbors—I can build relationships with my neighbors right here at home.

Food – Heritage, Sustenance, Culture, Celebration, Community
Raising crops and preparing and preserving food was, and still is, a keen reminder that we are dependent on the Lord for the harvest each year.

There is Always Hope in God
Without coming to this convention, I would never have known how much we can be the light of the world for Jesus as an individual church or conference because we are a part of MC USA.
