On Saturday, November 7, delegates and credentialed leaders from across the country will gather at Souderton (PA) Mennonite for the 2026 Mosaic Mennonite Conference Fall Delegate Assembly. Around 300 delegates and guests are expected to participate.
Guided by this year’s theme, “We Love the Lord” and the text Psalm 116:1-2, we will worship, pray, and fellowship together, share stories, and reflect on how to stay centered faithfully on Jesus.
Doors open for registration at 8:30 am. Join for coffee and community time in the Exhibit Hall with Conference-Related Ministries (CRMs) and other agencies. Worship, which is open to all, begins at 9:30 am. We ask that all guests RSVP by Monday, Nov. 2.
The worship will also be live streamed for those not attending in person. There will be lively music led by Hendy Matahelemual and Marina Setyati (Indonesian Light Church [Philadelphia, PA]), and a multi-voiced sermon from Pastors Brent Camilleri (Deep Run East [Perkasie, PA]), Marco Güete (Resplandece Mennonite); and Grace Pam (LA [CA] Faith Chapel). Learn more about our speakers here.
During worship, two new member congregations (Hope Chapel [Temicula, CA] and Iglesia Menonita Casa de Oración [García, Nuevo León, México]; and one new Conference-Related Ministry (Destiny’s Daughters [Harrisonburg, VA]) will be welcomed. We will also recognize newly credentialed leaders, honor those among us who have died, and remember those who have left Mosaic in the past year.
Following worship, the sanctuary will be open all day for prayer.
The morning delegate session will follow worship, and each delegate will be seated at a table group with a table leader. All table participants will be asked to commit to Mosaic’s Respectful Communication Guidelines. There will be times of sharing communion and sharing stories from our contexts.
This year, five persons will be presented for delegate affirmation as new board members. The Nominating Committee will also make forms available for nominations for Assistant Moderator, along with all Mosaic committees.
More information about the ballot is available on p. 25 of the docket. This year we will implement digital voting for delegate affirmations using ElectionBuddy. The communication team has prepared a tutorial video to help you know what to expect during the vote. Paper ballots will still be available for delegates without electronic devices.
There will be an extended period for lunch and relationship building, including time to visit the Exhibit Hall, to visit Mosaic Conference-Related Ministries and other agencies. This space will be open prior to worship, during the morning break, and throughout the lunch period for visiting before or after eating. At 2 p.m., the Exhibit Hall will close.
In the afternoon, delegates and guests will be invited to join a breakout conversation group. These smaller-group conversations offer space to reflect on topics of interest, build relationships, and share perspectives. Reviewing the Church Together statements is part of the work of Mosaic’s current strategic plan. Conference leaders are interested in hearing what participants are noticing, wondering, and experiencing on these topics.
Participants are asked to review the group descriptions and related materials before choosing your breakout group.
- Grace and Truth: participants will engage the Grace and Truth Church Together Statement in light of the intersection of gracious hospitality and high expectation described in Mosaic’s Clarifying Our Center document.
- Going to the Margins: participants will engage the Going to the Margins Church Together Statement in light of the intersection of gracious hospitality and high expectation described in Mosaic’s Clarifying Our Center document.
- Faith and Life: participants will engage the topic of creating spaces to study Scripture together, as outlined in the Faith and Life Church Together Statement in light of the intersection of gracious hospitality and high expectation described in Mosaic’s Clarifying Our Center document.
- Pastoral letter on immigration: participants are invited to share stories, lament, and reflect together on the realities facing immigrants and their communities. The group will engage the 2026 Mosaic pastoral letter on immigration.
- Intercultural Worship & Prayer: participants will unite in worship and prayer.
Space is limited so delegates are highly encouraged to sign up as soon as possible to participate in the conversation of your choice.
Beyond the Saturday Assembly is a weekend of equipping and being community together. All are welcome to join for the Friday Night gathering at Zion Mennonite (Souderton, PA), with the theme “Celebrating the God who Listens to Us!” (RSVP here).
Together we will worship, eat dinner, share in small group sharing, and hear from keynote speaker Karen González. Sunday will include some pulpit swaps and visits by guest pastors.
We look forward to seeing you at Mosaic’s Assembly on November 7. For further information, please see Mosaic’s Assembly webpage.

The opinions expressed in articles posted on Mosaic’s website are those of the author and may not reflect the official policy of Mosaic Conference. Mosaic is a large conference, crossing ethnicities, geographies, generations, theologies, and politics. Each person can only speak for themselves; no one can represent “the conference.” May God give us the grace to hear what the Spirit is speaking to us through people with whom we disagree and the humility and courage to love one another even when those disagreements can’t be bridged.
