Pastors’ and Leaders’ Breakfast
Relating across gender lines is both joyful and challenging, whether in our families or in ministry. Whether you work on a gender-diverse leadership team or not , all of us relate to lay leaders of the opposite sex and sometimes need some clues and help to make these relationships better and healthier. Thursday, October 21, 8:00 – 10:00 a.m., a diverse group of women and men leaders from across Franconia Mennonite Conference will share their experiences and lead us in conversation around the topic of “Celebrating Shared Leadership Across Gender Lines.” Please RSVP your attendance to office@mosaicmennonites.org by Friday, October 15. Suggested breakfast donation is $6.00.

The opinions expressed in articles posted on Mosaic’s website are those of the author and may not reflect the official policy of Mosaic Conference. Mosaic is a large conference, crossing ethnicities, geographies, generations, theologies, and politics. Each person can only speak for themselves; no one can represent “the conference.” May God give us the grace to hear what the Spirit is speaking to us through people with whom we disagree and the humility and courage to love one another even when those disagreements can’t be bridged.
