Purpose: FMC Properties acts as a holding corporation for properties owned by Franconia Mennonite Conference and the board consults on financial matters as directed by the Conference Board through the CBFC.
2008 Updates/Activities: The Franconia Mennonite Board of Missions and Charities (FMC Properties) directors met to continue the discussions with Berean Christian Stores on their lease extension.
Recommendations from the Vision and Financial Planning Team report are leading the conference and FMC Properties to sell the development rights for the Indian Creek Road farm.
