Goals/Purposes:
To provide contact between Franconia Conference, the pastors in Vermont and congregations of Bethany, Plains, Salford, Taftsville.
To provide support and direction for congregational search processes and the Franconia Conference Pastoral Search Resource Team
2008 Updates/Activities:
Established a Resource Team of four persons who are experienced in guiding the process of congregational search committees seeking new pastor(s).
Provided guidance and support for several pastors during times of transition and change.
Provided oversight for six pastoral search processes.
