“Pastoral Care is Community Care.” Knowing yourself better changes how you care for those around you. Join us as we share our life stories, learn to listen to ourselves and others better, and explore how we live out pastoral (community) care in and beyond our congregations each and every day.
This class is designed to equip lay leaders or pastors doing pastoral care in their ministry context.
DATES: These sessions are designed to stand-alone so it’s possible to register for 1 or all 4.
- Session 1 January 21-Intro to Pastoral Care and the Power of Presence
- Session 2 Feb 18-Death, Dying, Grief & The Art of Listening
- Session 3 Mar 18-Fear, Anxiety, Anger & Being a Non-Anxious Presence
- Session 4 April 22-Boundaries/Confidentiality & Self-Care
TIME: 9:30am-4:30pm
LOCATION: Mosaic Conference Offices (100 Longacre Center, 1000 Forty Foot Rd, Lansdale) or zoom for those taking the course from a distance.

COST: $75 per session or $300 for all 4. (scholarships available) Discount of $15/person will be given if 3 or more from a congregation or CRM take a session together.
